Every day you’re ensuring that more solar installers sell and install more solar and storage, preventing hundreds of tons of CO2 from entering the atmosphere per building.

Your role will directly support local solar installers with the world’s leading installer software, free-of-charge, ensuring the growth of small to medium sized businesses and the health of local communities all over the world.

OpenSolar exists to make it easier for solar professionals to do their jobs. It’s fun and rewarding. It’s also fast paced and can get a bit full-on sometimes!

That’s why, in addition to a generous holiday allowance, Openers take one day every month to recharge and reconnect with family, loved ones and the natural world.

We call it OpenDay, because the day is designed to be completely open and focused on wellbeing. Many openers take the opportunity to get out in the open, but it’s completely up to each crew member to spend it however they like.

Out in the Open

One of the many things that unites Openers is our love of the natural world, and our desire to preserve it for future generations. OpenSolar respects the need for its people to get out in the open, exercise and recharge. Here we are doing our thing.
