Good news! Beta access is now available for our new Xero and QuickBooks Online integrations. Help us test and refine the feature while you streamline your accounts receivable, cut manual entry, and keep your financial records up to date effortlessly.
Upgraded Project Management experience
On April 29th, major enhancements to your project management experience will be released, featuring customizable views (including Kanban), enhanced filters, and smarter workflows. Enjoy streamlined document handling and sharing, integrated actions, and a consolidated Manage page built to save time and boost team productivity.
CashFlow
- Stripe integration sunsetting — Our Stripe integration will be discontinued on June 1, 2025. Not to worry, activate OpenSolar’s CashFlow payments system for a superior payment processing experience, plus lower fees and automated workflows. Activate now
- Increased AU card limit to 17K — Offer your customers greater flexibility with the new Australian card transaction limit of AUD 17,000
- At-a-glance offline payment notes — Hover over the “Offline” payment label to view captured payment notes directly on the Payments page

- Faster invoices, faster payments — Customers are now directed to the payment page in under 5 seconds, thanks to quicker invoice generation, especially for deposits
- Shorter project load times – Caching weather data in UK has accelerated load times
Communications & sharing
- Faster financing with smarter sharing — Integrated financing just got simpler—shared payment options (via Teams functionality) now update automatically after lender rate changes, helping you and your team members access the latest products quickly. Learn more about Teams

- Setback warnings — Panels will flash red when they are about to be placed within a setback boundary, keeping your designs accurate and easy

- Shop calculations – Fixed an issue causing some inconsistencies in order calculations during the Shop checkout flow
