Release Notes – OS 3.3.0
OS 3.3.0 expands Integrated Finance with a new UK Finance Marketplace (starting with Propensio), improves the Xero integration, and adds guided bank transfer templates in CashFlow. This release also gives you more control in Project Management CRM, and updates Auto Design, Design Studio, AI Lead Gen, Hardware Shop, Expo, Wallet, and Teams.

- Summary metric tooltips – Added a tooltip to each summary metric in the system header.

- New export permission rule – Use the new “Projects – Export” permission rule to control who can see and use the Export Report feature, providing better data security for your organization.

- Project milestone limit increased from 5 to 10 – Increased the hard limit for payment milestones on a project, allowing configuration of more complex payment schedules for larger projects.
- Adjusted invoice price validation to prevent rounding errors – Relaxed price validation to the cent so minor rounding discrepancies no longer block users.
- Corrected payout date mismatches – Resolved a data mismatch to ensure the payout date in OpenSolar aligns with the actual payout date from the payment partner, improving data accuracy for reconciliation.
Hardware Shop
- Loading fixes for available suppliers 🇬🇧 – Resolved issues affecting the loading of available suppliers.
- Improved supplier connection 🇬🇧🇺🇲 – Updated visuals in the supplier connection flow.
- Order confirmation email updates 🇦🇺🇬🇧🇺🇲 – Ensured all required information, including delivery details and selected payment method, is correctly included and displayed in the email template.
- Brand filter in Shop 🇦🇺🇬🇧 – Resolved an issue where the available options were not dynamically updating based on the selected supplier.
Classic Sales Proposal
- Module Performance Warranty now appears in Showcase Content – Resolved an issue where the Module Performance Warranty value was not appearing in Showcase Content across Online and PDF proposals. The placeholder now loads correctly.
Project Management CRM
- Improved visibility for assigned team members – Fixed a bug to ensure that all assigned team members (up to five) are visually represented by their avatars, improving team visibility on projects.
- Projects list sorting enhancement – Moved the sorting feature on the projects list to the table headers and out of the filter side drawer.
Auto Design powered by Ada
- Fixed microphone issue on iOS – Fixed a bug where the Ada microphone did not work on iOS.
- Improved handling for Ada chat loading issue – Better handling the bug where Ada chat would sometimes sit and think in a perpetual loading state.
- Fixed auto design placement issue – Fixed a bug where auto design was failing to place panels on manually drawn roofs.
Design Studio
- Improved calculation speed – Full calculations are faster.
Expo
- Mobile responsiveness – Improved experience on mobile.
- Filters, customer redirects, and social sharing – Fixed issues across filters, customer redirects, and social sharing.
