City Plumbing

Shop

  • Exclusive City Plumbing Pricing – all UK solar pros now have access to exclusive new pricing from City Plumbing through OpenSolar, enabling you to purchase all your hardware needs at even more competitive prices. To view these prices when designing or in the Shop, make sure you have City Plumbing toggled on in Control -> Other -> Integrations & API Keys.

CashFlow

  • New CashFlow configurability – as a solar pro new to this payments feature, configurability gives you granular control over the activation of CashFlow in your account, ensuring you’re collecting the right amounts at each of your project milestones

Design

  • Removed PRCs as auto-applied incentives for new orgs in Australia-NSW – ensures accurate calculations for Australian solar pros.

    • Corrected image sources and product descriptions for City Plumbing products, ensuring product visuals and metadata are displayed accurately for end-users
  • Design
    • Fixed a bug where duplicating systems would have slightly different calculation outputs when advanced settings differ
  • CashFlow
    • Fixed issue preventing overdue deposit payments via proposal view. Allows seamless payment handling directly within project flow.
    • Corrected discrepancy between expected and displayed payment values. Ensures invoice confirmation matches backend totals.
    • Fixed an issue with the Direct Payment Confirmation Dialog. Ensures that the “Confirm Payment Received” dialog displays the correct amount.
    • Fixed an issue where invoice generation was blocked by Accounting Errors: This fix resolves a critical bug where a failure in the downstream accounting integration would prevent an invoice from being generated and sent to the customer.
    • Resolved a usability issue on smaller devices. CashFlow configuration tabs now clickable on small screens: The layout has been corrected to ensure all navigation elements remain accessible regardless of screen width or zoom level.
    • Restored Missing Tax ID Validation Error for Commercial Projects: This resolves a regression where the validation error for a missing tax ID on commercial projects was no longer being displayed.
