Your impact at OpenSolar
Every day you’re ensuring that more solar installers sell and install more solar and storage, preventing hundreds of tons of CO2 from entering the atmosphere per building.
Your role will directly support local solar installers with the world’s leading installer software, free-of-charge, ensuring the growth of small to medium sized businesses and the health of local communities all over the world.
With every support call you complete, or line of code you write, you will be growing not only OpenSolar, but the solar industry as a whole, increasing its workforce and ability to effect change.

OpenSolar exists to make it easier for solar professionals to do their jobs. It’s fun and rewarding. It’s also fast paced and can get a bit full-on sometimes!
That’s why, in addition to a generous holiday allowance, Openers take one day every month to recharge and reconnect with family, loved ones and the natural world.
We call it OpenDay, because the day is designed to be completely open and focused on wellbeing. Many openers take the opportunity to get out in the open, but it’s completely up to each crew member to spend it however they like.
