Hide Ada panel placements – You can now hide Ada panel placements or map imagery.

Turn off Ada for embedded form leads – When Ada is not enabled, your embedded lead generation form flow now skips design creation. Customers enter address and usage, then contact info, and OpenSolar creates a new project with the contact and lead data, but no auto-design. You still get a lead and a contact created.

🇬🇧 Apply for finance from UK PDF proposals with a QR code – UK PDF proposals now include a dynamic QR code that takes customers directly to a full-screen, mobile-friendly finance application.
🇬🇧 Filter Project List by included payment options – New “Payment Option Included” filters let you isolate projects sold via Propensio, Selina, or the broader Finance Marketplace.
🇺🇲 Prevent LightReach submission rejections with proactive design validation – OpenSolar now automatically blocks invalid design metrics, like tilt above 90°, before submission to help prevent lender API rejections.

🇺🇲 Include the Solar System Supporting Information doc in DocuSign – If you’re a California Pro, OpenSolar now includes the required Solar System Supporting Information doc in DocuSign. It is added to the front of the DocuSign envelope after the customer accepts the proposal.
🇺🇲 Use the latest 2025 California Consumer Protection Template in DocuSign – If you’re a California Pro with the DocuSign integration enabled, OpenSolar now uses the latest 2025 California Consumer Protection Template.
General
🇦🇺 Create Greenbank STC jobs with Address Search and CER mapping warnings – When you click Create Job on Greenbank, the Bridge Select job dialog now includes Address Search so you can update address details before submitting. You will also see a warning if a component is not mapped to CER before you submit.

- 🇺🇲 Hawaii integrated lease tax – Fixed an issue where LightReach lease responses were not treated as tax-inclusive, which could cause double-taxing for Hawaii-based homeowners.
- Xero sync reliability – Fixed issues with tax code mapping, duplicate contact errors via name-matching, and unique invoice number constraints.
- Payments tab privacy guardrail – Fixed an issue where restricted users, like subcontractors, could still see the Payments tab even when it was disabled in their Role settings.
- Standalone invoice quantities – Fixed an issue where line-item quantities on PDF invoices and previews could incorrectly default to 1.
- 🇦🇺 Order confirmation email total – Fixed an issue where an incorrect Total calculation could appear in the order confirmation email.
- Contract date and Sold date timezone mismatch – Fixed an issue where the contract date and project Sold date could differ due to timezone discrepancies.
- Integrations menu – Moved Wallet, Connect, and Integrations and API Keys into a dedicated Integrations section in Control, in that order.
